Open Sandwich of Ham and Mussarela

Ingredients
4 round small Italian breads
1 medium tomato without seeds
7oz of ham cooked
7oz od mussarela
1tbsp. spoom of Olive oil
1/2 midium parsley finely cut
1 egg
salt

How to Make
Turn the oven in a medium temperature
Remove the superior parte of the breads,put a side a little of the marrow and put them in a toast pan
Cut the tomato in fine straps and put them in a bowl.
Mix the ham, mussarela,the parley,the oil,egg, salt and milk
Mixes all and put in the bread
Put it in the oven about 15 minutes,or until the filling to be cooked and the mussarela to melt.
Remove of the oven and serve.
Temperature - Hot
Difficulty - Easy
Time of Preparation - 10 minutes + the time of the oven
Portions - 4 units

Natural Sanduich

Natural Sanduich
Ingridients
2 slices of Rye bread
105 oz of cream cheese
2 table spoom od Olive oil
2 teable spoom of raisins
1 tee spoom of limem juice
Salt,pepper
1 carrot
1 small beet
Lettuce (leaves)
How To make
Put the raisins in a warm water and let it to sofners and bigger
Put the cream cheese in a bowl,put the Olive oil, lemom, a pinch of Oregano,salt, pepper.Mix pretty well to obtain a smooh paste
Mix the raisins (dained before) ,if needs put a liittle amount of light maionese.
Wash well the carrotand beet,grate in a thick side of the grater.

Make the sanduich, spreading 1/2 of the cream cheese paste each slice of the bread,cover the top with lettuce,carrot and beet grated

Brazilian Music Bossa Nova

Brazilian Music

Ham Roll
Ingredients:
8 slices of ham
Stuffing
1 cup of chicken meat,cooked or baked chopped
1/2 cup pf mayonnaise
2 tbs. of black olives
2 tbs. of red pepper
1 ts. of oregano
Preparation:
Mix all the stuffing ingredients, mixing well.
Put a small portion of the mix in each slice of ham.
Roll and serve as appetizer.
If you like,serve on lettuce leaves and decorate with parcels or celery.
